With the holiday season upon us, you might be wondering how you can stay in shape and eat well in the upcoming months.  Fear not – there are excellent online tools and resources to consult!

  • Check out the NJH Exercise Class Blog, where our physical therapists post research on exercise and give timely tips to getting or staying in shape.
  • Medline Plus provides links to a collection of online resources for Weight Control, including calorie calculators and resources for specific populations – seniors, children, women and men.
  • The President’s Council of Fitness, Sports and Nutrition provides more resources, including a list of national fitness programs in which you can participate!
